A powerful method to lose weight with lime or lemon juice

Ingredients

• Concentrated lime or lemon juice

• Four fresh limes or lemons

• Fresh mint leaves

• Pure honey

Step one: In a blender add the concentrated lime or lemon juice together with the fresh lime or fresh lemon juice then water, the mint leaves and

honey. Blend for less than one min.

TIPS: For this beverage to promote weight loss, you must eat once or twice daily and use the citrus juice as the second or your third meal replacement. Every time you feel hungry drink this beverage it will fill the stomach give energy and promote weight loss. If you want faster result, you can integrate some exercises in your life like working out at home or in a gym or run a mile outside or in a park. Even dancing for 30 min to 1 hour in your home will

promote weight loss and also promoting heart health. If in any case this beverage is not powerful enough to fill your stomach you can eat foods like fresh fruits, veggies or fresh salads. Consult physician prior to any exercising
