Conchiglie pasta salad with ham

Who said that salads always have to be with lettuce? Take out your shell pasta and start making this delicious yet so simple salad, you can place it next to a chicken leg or eat it like this

Things you will need

• Medium shell pasta

• Black olive

• Fully cooked ham

• Lemon juice

• Ketchup

• Dry dill

• Fresh parsley

• Unsalted butter

• Garlic powder

Ingredients: For 4-8 servings

• 3 cups of shell pasta

• 1 cup of black olive

• 1/3 cup of dry dill

• 1/2 cup of minced parsley

• 2 cups of ham, diced in cubes

• 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

• 2 tablespoons of ketchup

• 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

One: Boiling the pasta

• Cook pasta as directed on pack

• Then save 1/3 cup of the pasta liquid

Two: Mixing the pasta the sauce

• Add 2 tablespoons of ketchup with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice together with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in 1/3 cup of the pasta liquid; combine, stir and set aside

Three: Frying the ham

• Heat a pan on medium low heat

• Add and melt 1 tablespoon of butter

• Add and fry the ham for 1 min

• Add the pasta together with the olive, stir to combine.

• Then add and spread the pasta sauce; mix and stir

• Gradually add 1/3 cup of dry dill over the pasta shell mixture; mix and stir.

• Then turn off the heat, add 1/2 cup of minced parsley; mix, stir and then served.
