You've decided to cook the food, but what will you serve as dessert?

Note: We will be using 85 grams of jelly powder for both the strawberry jelly and the vanilla jelly.
85g= 3/4 cup
1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons
3/4 cup = 12 tablespoons
1 cup = 16 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon = 2.46ml
1 teaspoon= 4.93 ml
Ingredients: For 2 servings
• 85g of strawberry jelly powder
• 85g of vanilla jelly powder
• 1 cup of evaporated milk
1. Boiled 1 cup of water in a pot, then add that water in a bowl.
2. Dissolve 85g of strawberry jelly in that hot water. Make sure that the jelly powder is completely dissolved.
3. Gradually add 1 cup of cold water in the strawberry jelly liquid.
4. This step will require two glasses; you will need to pour 1 cup of jelly liquid into each glass, then you will need a container to place those two glasses and tilt them in the container. (as seen in the picture)

Let it set in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours until jelly hardened.
5. This step will require that our first jelly hardened, then we will start to work on the second jelly which will be the vanilla jelly; you will need to heat up, 1 cup of evaporated milk over medium low heat, we simply need to heat the milk not boiling it.
Tips: Warming up the milk will help our jelly powder to dissolve faster, in case your milk boiled not to worry as long there is still some milk left we are okay.
6. After our milk gets hot or has warm up, we need to dissolve 85 g of vanilla jelly powder in the milk, with either a spoon or a whisk.
7. After our jelly powder have been completely dissolved, we need to gradually add 1 cup of cold water in the vanilla jelly; mix well and make sure that our vanilla jelly liquid is cold enough with no heat, to add it on top our strawberry jelly and let chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

Can be served with either whipped cream, fruits or with both if desired.
