Meat doesn’t have to taste boring when eating, the reason why we have various seasoning and sauces to make our meat taste special. This marinating sauce is quite easy and simple; it is perfect for beef and pork meat cooked in the oven.

Ingredients

• Tomato paste

• Soy sauce

• Worcestershire sauce

• Garlic powder

• Water

Instructions

1. In a saucepan or small pot, add 118ml of water, then heat the water on medium low heat.

Let the water heat up; then add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in the water, stir until the tomato paste is completely melted.

2. After the tomato paste melts, turn off the heat.

3. Now in the tomato paste sauce, add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon or a small tablespoon of garlic, mix and stir; then marinade the meat with the sauce.

Tips: you can cook the meat right away in the oven after the marinating or you can leave the meat in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours or even 1 day to let it absorb more seasoning from the sauce.

Note: The soy sauce has already added salt or sodium in this marinating sauce, so be careful if seasoning the meat with salty spice.

For this meat: I spread a bit of soy sauce over the meat with a kitchen bottle spray and after paprika to cover up the meat entirely before adding the marinating sauce, then I let the meat cook in the oven at 400 °F for 45 min to 1 hour until the sauce is highly concentrated and until my meat is well cooked.
