One of my favorite meal, the crunchiness of the veggies is something that cannot be ignored.
Things you will need
• Sirloin steak
• Fresh broccoli
• Small yellow onion
• Mushrooms
• Sweet soy sauce
• Thick teriyaki sauce
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Oil
Ingredients: 4 to 6 servings
• 750 g of sirloin steak, thinly sliced
• 2 cups of broccoli florets
• 1 small yellow onion
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1 cup of mushroom, halved
• 1/3 cup of sweet soy sauce
• 1/2 cup of thick teriyaki sauce

Instructions
One: seasoning the meat
• Slice sirloin steak into thin strips
• Then seasoned the meat with a ½ teaspoon of salt.
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1/3 sweet soy sauce
• And 1/2 of teriyaki sauce.
• Then let meat stand in the seasoning sauce for 10 to 15 min.
Two: Preparing broccoli, mushrooms and onion
• Remove the leaves and the core from the broccoli, keeping only the florets.
• Cut mushrooms in half
• Slice onion into strips
• Rinse mushrooms and broccoli in salted water, then let drain for 5 min.
✪Note: for this stir fry we will use two different pans, make sure both pans are prepared and coated with 1 tablespoon of oil before turning on the heat.
Three: cooking the meat
• Preheat a pan over high heat, when the pan is hot or when you will start to see some mere smoke coming from the pan.
• Add the meat and cook for 1 to 2 min until meat is brown, make sure to stir constantly.
• Then remove the pan from the heat, Reheat another pan over high heat; wait for the pan to start heating up before adding the veggies.
Four: frying the veggies
• On a heated oil, coated pan adds both the broccoli and mushrooms, let fry on high heat for 1 to 2 min by stirring or constantly tossing the pan so that the veggies will not burn.
• Transfer veggies to the meat pan
• Then again, add 1 tablespoon of oil in the hot pan, swirl to coat.
• Fry the onions for 1 min, and then transfer onions to the meat pan.
• Combined and mix veggies with meat and serve.
