Exotic citrus juice with honey and mint leaves

Lime or lemon juice are capable of promoting weight loss, contains various vitamins that

contribute to the well-being of the body and the skin. Fresh mint leaves on the other hand have the ability to also promote weight loss, fighting bad breath, increased energy, well-being and focus.

Ingredients

•Four fresh lime or lemon (Choose the medium size one; they tend to contain more juice)

•Pure honey

•Fresh mint leaves

Step one: In a blender add the citrus juice, some water, some ice, honey, and two or three mint leaves. (mint leaves have strong aroma you can add more than two leaves if you can handle the aroma).

Step two: Blend for less than 1 min.

Tips: To get the most benefit out of this it is advisable to use it with honey or with no sugar at all. This beverage is capable of helping in losing weight if it is used in conjunction with a weight loss program.
