This pasta is very easy to prepare and also a great feast for vegetarians, it is simple tasty and very eye catchy.

Ingredients
• Small shell pasta
• Unsalted butter
• Two red bell pepper
• One can of black olive
• Dry garlic powder
• One White onion
• Lemon juice
Preparation time: less than 30 min
Step one: Add 2 cups of pasta in boiling salted water. (For more info on how to cook pasta follow this link how to cook pasta).
Two cups of pasta is enough for one serving only; you don’t have a cup to measure the pasta? No problem, you can use your hand as a cup; Fill one hand of pasta and add it to the boiling water, fill it a second time, add it to the boiling water which will give a serving for one person.
Step two: Grab your freshly looking bell pepper and onion cut them in slices, equal slices.
Tips: For the onion use only half of it and don’t forget to wash those bell peppers before cutting them.
Step three: Heat the pan on low heat, then add the bell pepper with one (1) tablespoon of unsalted butter.
• One small tablespoon of lemon juice,
• Two (2) pinches of salt stirs and taste to check if the salt is the quantity desired.
If not another pinch can be added, then let cook for 7 to 10 min on low heat.
Tips: Stir the mixture until the butter melt, make sure to mix the melted butter with the bell pepper slices and Do not add the onion in this step it is only the bell pepper we are cooking.
Step Five: Add the onion let cook for 2 to5 min. (after the onions are cooked, turn off the heat).
Step six: Add the pasta, stir and mix
• Then the black olive
• Lastly, one tablespoon of garlic powder, then stirs and mix. Pasta is ready to serve (if cooking for more than one person considers doubling the amount of this recipe).
