Exotic pineapple citrus punch

Homemade pineapple citrus punch prepared with fresh fruits; perfect for a heated summer or for chilling time at home.

Ingredients: For 2 servings
• One ripe pineapple
• Four lemon
• Brown sugar
• Twelve Ice cubes
• Water
1. Cut off the top of the pineapple then slice the pineapple in half from the head to bottom (we will be using only half of the pineapple for this recipe).
2. Remove the skin and any brown spots on the pineapple flesh, remove the pineapple core which will be found in the middle of the pineapple and throw away.
3. Cut the pineapple into cubes then add them in the blender.
4. Wash and cut the lemon, squeeze the lemon juice in 1 cup of water which is around 250 ml of water.
Then add it in the blender with 12 ice cubes and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar; Blend for 1 min to 2 min until smooth.
Tips: lemon juice in bottle can also be use, considering adding 4 oz of lemon juice an equivalent of 120ml if using lemon juice in bottle.
