Fry chicken dipping sauce

This creamy soy dipping can both be used for fry chicken meat or fry seafood, it is very simple to make.

Ingredients
• 1 cup of 14% M.F./M.G. sour cream
• 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1. In a bowl, add 1 cup of sour cream, 2 to 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, mix and stir; then serve.
Tips: start by adding 2 tablespoons of soy sauce then taste to see if the amount of saltiness is okay for you, if not consider adding another third spoon.

For the seafood version, a small tablespoon or coffee spoon of lemon juice can be added.
