Banana smoothie with pasteurized eggs

Smoothies are a fun way to get your vitamin intakes from fruits; it is easy and fast to make. Also, boost the mood give energy and keep you awake to do your daily activities. If you are feeling unmotivated and lacking energy, consider introducing a daily smoothie with pasteurizing eggs in your life by taking it every morning with fresh fruits to revitalize your spirit and the mood.
Ingredients: For 1-2 servings
• One banana
• Half a cup of vanilla yogurt
• Pasteurized eggs
• Milk
• Pure honey
Step one: Peel and chop the banana into 4 pieces, add it in a blender with the yogurt and add 150ml of pasteurize eggs with 150ml of milk, with 1 tablespoon of pure honey, blend until smooth.
Tips: more honey can be added if desired more sweetness, pasteurized eggs can be found in all major brand groceries stores.
