Banana-blueberry smoothie

Smoothies are not only delicious, they are fast and easy to make, it revitalizes, it gives energy, strength; it elevates the mood and capable of filling the stomach for a considerable amount of time. I usually take smoothies in the morning or after a workout session and sometimes before bed.

Ingredients: For 2 servings
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup of blueberries
• 1 cup of (0 % M.F/M.G fat free) plain yogurt
• 1 cup of milk
• Pure honey
1. Cut the banana into 4 pieces, then add it to the blender with
1 cup of milk, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of plain (fat-free yogurt), and one tablespoon of pure honey, blend until smooth.
Tips: If more sweet is needed consider adding another tablespoon of honey then mix for less than 1 min until merge.
