Health benefits of wines

Wine is one of the healthiest alcoholic beverage available on the planet, its wonderful smell and taste can make you see life in colors.

Even though wines have various health benefits on the body; excessive consumption will result in degrading the body health, reason why the health expert advice is; drinking wines moderately. Which mean a glass of wine daily, to keep the body running at its full potential. With that said; we women require a lesser amount of wines than men because our bodies are more sensible to alcoholic beverages. So half a glass a day or a full glass of wine daily is fine for us females. Men on the other hand, can consume up to two glasses daily for healthy results. If feeling dizzy after drinking wines lower the amount or stop drinking wines immediately.

1. One of the most important effect wine has on the body is; it rejuvenates the mind and the body lowering the effect of time on our skin, making us look more youthful and radiant. In other words, drinking wines promote longevity bringing the best out of our youth.

2. It is capable of reducing heart diseases, warming the body and the heart, red wines are said to be the one capable of better doing such task.

3. Lowering the risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon and lung cancer; red wines have the highest rate capability for this tasks.

4. Has various health benefits on the eyes, protecting the eyes from blindness diseases and cataracts.

This was some of the many reasons; I drink wines daily and sometimes every two days, all the health benefits of wines are not all in this post. Before introducing wines into your life for whatever the reason read all the health benefits related to wines when drink moderately, to motivate you to follow the path of daily wine intake.
