Lobster

Whole lobster: 1 lbs (boil/steam) 12 to 20 min

Whole lobster: 3lbs (boil/steam) 18-20min

Lobster tails: 5-10 oz ( boil/steam) 5-10 min

Internal temperature 145 °F to 165°F

Shrimp

Small and medium size shrimp: (boil/steam /grill/fry) 2 to 4 min

Large size shrimp: (boil/steam /grill/fry) 5 to 8 min

Crab

Whole crabs: 2lbs (boil/steam) 15 - 20 minutes, for smaller size crabs 8-10 min

Seafood should be wash or clean before cooking if it hasn’t been wash or clean after buying it. You can clean the crab while it’s still alive or kill it with hot boiling water by plunging the crab for less than 1 min in the hot water until it dies and take it out then wash it clean.
