Banana and strawberry smoothie

When you don’t have time to prepare or to make breakfast a smoothie is the best alternative, it is fast and easy to make if you have all the ingredients.

Things you will need
• Fat-free plain Greek yogurt
• Milk
• Strawberries
• Ripe banana
• Pure honey
Ingredients: 2 servings
• 1 cup of fat-free plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of milk
• 10 strawberries, hulled
• 1 banana, peeled
• 2 tablespoons of pure honey
Instructions
1. In a blender the yogurt, the milk, the banana, the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of honey
