This classic salad is not only delicious; it is the most delicious salad that I taste. After eating it, my stomach was full for more than 3 hours as if I have eaten a big meal. For this salad, I have used chicken bologna, which is a finely ground sausage, it can be used for sandwiches and salads.

Things you will need
• White wine
• Lemon juice
• White onion
• Brown sugar
• Seedless black Olive
• Fresh parsley
• Two red bell pepper
• Chicken Bologna
• Small cherry tomato
• Olive oil
For the bologna I have chosen the salami shape one, you will find them in slices which are already cut for sandwiches, in half cylinder cut or in salami shape, but the most important thing is to have a cut that is thick enough to cut into small cubes.
Ingredients: 1-2 servings
• 1 and ½ cup of chicken bologna sausage, cut in small cubes
• Half a cup of black olive
• 2 tablespoons of white onions finely chop
• 2 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
• 1/3 cup of parsley, finely chop
• 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 2 tablespoons of wine
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 pinches of brown sugar

1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons
1/3 cup = 5 tablespoons with 1 teaspoon
1 cup = 16 tablespoons
1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons
Instructions
1. The first step is cutting the chicken bologna is small cubes, then add 1½ cup of the chicken bologna in a container or a bowl.
2. The second step is to finely cut the onions and the parsley: add 1/3 cup of parsley and 2 tablespoons of white onions in the bologna.
3. The third step is to cut our 2 red bell peppers into small cubes, then add them to the bologna mixture.
4. Here we need to cut 10 cherry tomatoes in half, add them in the bologna then add half cup of black olive in the bologna mixture, mix and stir.
5. The fifth step is preparing the sauce, it will take 2 tablespoons of white wine, add into a small bowl or container, then add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, place the sauce in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds to warm it a bit.
6. After the sauce has warm out, add 2 pinches of brown sugar, stir, then add the wine sauce in the bologna mixture, mix well and taste.
7. The last thing is, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil over our bologna salad mixture, mix well and stir, then the salad is ready to be served.
