Blueberry and mango custard pudding

Things you will need

• Medium Eggs

• Milk

• Vanilla essence

• Mango

• Blueberry

• Pure honey

• Cornstarch

• A whisk

Ingredients: for 2-3 servings

• 2 ripe mangoes

• ½ cup of blueberries

• 2 cups of milk

• 3 medium eggs

• 3 tablespoons of pure honey

• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

1. First thing to do is, to cut the two mangoes in cubes and set them aside.

2. Then in a bowl, add 3 mediums eggs, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extra and start whisking until everything is well mixed.

3. Gradually add ¼ cup of milk to the egg mixture and continue whisking until cornstarch is completely dissolved or until the egg sauce is well mixed without lumps.

4. On medium heat, heat up 2 cups of milk; as soon as the milk starts to warm up, add the egg mixture and start whisking; Whisking constantly until a thick consistency is achieved.

5. Then turn off the heat and remove the custard sauce from the oven heat and continue whisking for 1 to 3min.

6. Let the custard chill for 15 to 30 min.

7. After the custard has completely chilled, add 3 tablespoons of honey mix well then add the fruits, mix and serve.
