Shrimp salad with avocado

Things you will need

One cup of skinless frozen shrimp

Two small avocados

Cherry tomatoes

Fresh parsley

Lemon juice

Black pepper

Pure honey

White vinegar

Olive oil

Ingredients: for 1 -2 servings

1 cup of skinless frozen shrimp

2 small avocados, cut into cubes

1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half

¾ cup chopped parsley

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of honey

1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

• First thing; is to unfreeze the shrimp.

• Second thing; is to wash the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar added in cold water, this will help remove the strong fishy odor.

• Thirdly, add shrimp in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of black pepper, mix well, after add ¾ of chopped parsley with 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half.

• Fourthly, in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of pure honey.

Mix well then add this sauce to the shrimp salad with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

•Lastly, cut the avocados into cubes and add them to the salad, mix and serve.

This salad can be eaten with bread, tostadas, can also be used as topping for salty crackers.
