Bake potatoes with pork and carrots

When you look at all the ingredients in this recipe, you might be thinking, that it is complicated? But it is not, the only thing it requires is some cutting and mix everything together, then place it in the oven to cook
Things you will need
• One pound boneless pork
• Six medium size carrots
• White wine vinegar
• Garlic powder
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Dry thyme
• Potatoes
• Dry dill
• Olive oil

Ingredients: 4-7 servings
• 1 pound of boneless pork, cut into cubes
• 6 medium size carrots
• 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of dry thyme
• 2 cups of potatoes, cut into cubes
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 3 tablespoons of dry dill
• Parsley: optional
Instructions
1. The first thing to do is to cut the boneless pork into cubes with the potatoes. And cut each carrot into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on their length, and then add everything in an oven baking dish.
2. Gradually spread 1 teaspoon of salt with 1 teaspoon of dry thyme and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder over the dish. Spread and mix well to make sure that everything is well seasoned.

3. Mix 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and spread it over the dish, then mix to make sure that everything is well seasoned again.
4. Spread 2 tablespoons of dry dill and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the potato dish, then mix well to make sure that everything is well covered or well mixed with the olive oil.
5. Preheat oven to 400 for 5 min, then add the potato dish, let bake for 40 to 50 min until grilled and cooked.

6. The parsley is added at the end after everything is cooked, add and mix 1 cup of fresh parsley in our bake dish, mix well and serve.
