Grilled chicken on bamboo skewers over the pan

This chicken skewer recipe is flavorful, simple, and easy; with it, you will be able to master a technique that works for all grilled meat skewers

Things you will need

• Bamboo skewers

• Chicken breast

• Light soy sauce

• Sweet soy sauce

• Lemon juice

• Wine vinegar

• Ketchup

• Garlic powder

• Oil

• Total seasoning spice

• Cherry tomatoes

Ingredients: for 2-3 serving

• 1 ½ pound of chicken breast

• 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

• 2 tablespoons of ketchup

• 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar

• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

• 1 pack of cherry tomatoes

Instructions

One: Preparing the chicken

• Simply cuts the chicken into equal cubes

• Then grab a fork and pierce the center of the chicken cubes, 3 times making holes for deeper seasoning.

Two: Seasoning the chicken

• To season the chicken I have used Goya total seasoning; a spice that I use a lot in my cooking,

• It is flavorful and very unique, and it is capable of elevating the flavor of anything.

• I gradually spread some Goya total seasoning over the chicken; an equal amount of 1 ½ tablespoon of Goya seasoning.

★Goya total seasoning contains★

• Parsley

• Salt

• Granulated garlic

• Oregano

• Granulated onion

• Monosodium glutamate

• Cumin.

Three: Making the marinating sauce

• In a bowl add, 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

• 2 tablespoons of ketchup

• 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

• Mix and stir, making sure that everything is well mixed and combined.

• Then microwave the sauce for 30 seconds.

Four: Adding marinating sauce to the chicken

• Add 3 tablespoons of marinating sauce with 1 tablespoon of oil into the chicken meat.

• Mix and stir; making sure that everything is well mixed and that every part of the chicken is well marinated.

Five: Cooking the chicken for 2 min only

• Lightly coat a pan with oil

• Then cook the chicken on high heat for 2 minutes only

• Stir constantly and a bit fast so that the chicken will not burn.

Six: Cooling the chicken

• After the chicken have been partially cooked on high heat for 2 minutes, let it chills for 5 to 7 min.

Seven: Placing chicken on bamboo skewers

• After the chicken meat has cool down, you will know it has cool down when you can hold a piece in your hand without getting burned.

• Or you can lightly touch a piece to see if it's still hot after 5 to 7 min has passed.

• Then place the chicken on skewers with the tomatoes.

Eight: Coating the chicken skewer

• Now with the leftover sauce you will need to coat each chicken skewer with a BBQ brush for best results.

• Make sure that the chicken including the tomatoes are well coated with the left over marinating sauce.

Nine: Grilling the chicken skewers

• Evenly coat a clean pan with oil

• Preheat the pan over medium high heat

• Then add the chicken skewer on the hot pan

• Let them grill for a total of 3 minutes

• And constantly rolling them over to make sure that all sides are grilled.

• After 3 min turn off the heat

• Then coat the chicken skewers with the rest of the marinating sauce.

• Then serve.
